Developing ‘AEO in Control’
Hans Verheijen and Iris Snijders-Kroon, then working at Capgemini, start developing ‘AEO in Control’ in a pilot with four evofenedex members. The result: a flexible, sustainable approach that closely involves the client, so that AEO thinking and acting become part of the company culture.
Starting a company
In October 2012, Iris Snijders-Kroon and Hans Verheijen go independent, bringing their AEO approach to market. By attracting partners and employees, the range of services grows considerably.
GRC Customs is founded
On 1 January 2014, GRC Governance, Risk & Compliance is founded — known in the market under the trade name GRC Customs.
Compliance software
GRC4Trade B.V. is founded, offering a SaaS solution for monitoring AEO and other customs authorisations.
Launch of the AEO Compliance Tool
Our compliance software goes live. The AEO Compliance Tool structures and automates obtaining and monitoring the AEO authorisation — including all AEO criteria, instructions, internal controls and audits.
A new office in Leiden
After more than ten years of mostly virtual working, we choose an office of our own. A chat at the coffee machine is part of working together too. Leiden became our home town — ready for our second decade.
